This is a simple version of a mixed vegetable curry, which goes  along with sambar or rasam. It is very simple and easy, you can just toss in whatever vegetables you have in the fridge, especially on a rainy day, this is so good, along with hot steaming rice and any kind of rasam. Please check my "Rasams" under recipe category, for various kinds of rasams.
