Tired of the usual snacks??? Try this out......but never forget to check my other Snacks and Starters...
Though petite  in size.............
Baby corn is also full of dietary fiber, stimulates healthy digestion, which leads to healthy weight loss....
Baby corn contains folic acid, and good for fetus...
Baby corn contains potassium and keeps our blood pressure in check...
Baby corn lowers the risk of cancer, prevents nausea  and vomiting during pregnancy ......
Baby corn promotes cardiovascular health...
Had this superb starters in my favorite restaurant....found out the recipe...now, sharing with you all....


Ingredients
Baby corn - 6, sliced into halves
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Maida - 1/8 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/.4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped mint leaves - 2-3 tsps
Enough cooking oil to fry

Serves 2


Baby corns, washed, wiped and halved


Corn flour, maida, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and chilli powder..taken in a bowl


Mint leaves , which are washed well and finely chopped added


Enough water added, and a batter, with a consistency, well suited to coat the baby corns is made


Lemon juice enters the batter


Drop the baby corns into the batter


coat them well


and drop into the hot oil, keeping the flames on medium fire, after the oil becomes hot


Fry both the sides well


and serve with tomato ketchup
