Coriander leaves....has many health benefits and nutrients. Is an excellent anti oxidant, helps treating Alzheimer's disease, good for diabetics, extremely good for digestive system, promotes liver functions, and also has lot of proteins and Vitamins.
So, this form of eating it raw proves to be the best. And healthy too.



Ingredients
Cleaned, washed and chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup, tightly packed
Hing powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies - 4
Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Raw gingely oil - 1/2 tsp

Serves 2

Add all the mentioned ingredients in a blender and grind to a smooth chutney.


Then drizzle 1/2 tsp gingely oil and mix well.




Serve with dosa or idli. Tastes very good.
