This semi solid curry is a unique combination of Spring Onions ............which are rich in Vitamins B2, C, A & K and thiamine, are a strong source of flavonoids, good for cardiovascular health, high in sulphur which controls blood pressure levels, have anti bacterial properties which help fight against colf and flu..............and the Green Tomatoes..........rich in anti oxidants and vitamins., minerals, fiber and proteins..............amazing right??
How to make this curry? It's a very simple affair.

Ingredients
Spring onions / scallions - 1 bunch, chopped
Green tomatoes - 3, chopped
Potatoes - 3, chopped
Slit green chillies - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dhania powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

For seasoning
Cooking oil - 3 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp

Prep time: 10 mts; Cooking time: 10 mts

Serves 3


What contributed to this curry??


In a pressure pan, oil heated up, seasonings done, then spring onions and green chillies added and sauteed


Green tomatoes, potatoes, all the spice powders along with sugar and salt added...and


water poured to the level till veggies are immersed, and cooked for 3 whistles.


Garnished with cilantro and served hot hot with triangle parathas.
