This is the simple and famous recipe of the Taco bell food outlet here, in the US.
Does not need many ingredients...so simple...but amazingly awesome....delicious....mouth watering...tongue tickling...tasty......colorful.....loaded with veggies..... Daughter got this recipe from the chef there, we came home and tried the very next day....
Please refer my Real Italian pizza and Bread pizza

Corn tortillas - 24
Refried beans  - 2 cans
Enchilada sauce - 2 cups
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Spring onion - 1 bunch, chopped
Pitted olives as required
Tomatoes - 4, chopped
Salt to taste

Recipe Cuisine: International/ Mexican; Category: Lunch / Dinner
Prep time: 20 mts; Baking time: 10 mts for each pizza

Yields 12 pizzas

The refried black beans put in a pan, flames kept on the lowest and simmered with chilli powder  for 10 minutes

Enchilada sauce also simmered for 10 mts.

Spring onions, olives and  tomatoes ready

Take a corn flour tortilla, spray with olive oil on one side, and keep the sprayed side down

Spread the refried beans fully on the tortilla

like this..............

Close it with another tortilla, and ...........

spray on the top side too

Now, spread the enchilada sauce fully

Sprinkle the grated mexican cheese fully on the top side

Now, add the spring onions, olives and tomatoes

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F (230 degrees C) , and bake the pizza for 9-10 minutes. You can keep on the wire rack itself, so that the pizza will become crisp. No need to place on an aluminium foil

Serve this delicious pizza , sprinkle some red chilli flakes on top, if you need

You can cut them into wedges and serve as a starter too.

This pizza is very healthy, since the base is light, it isn't too filling, and extremely tasty too

We ran out of mexican cheese, hence used mozzarella cheese...here is a picture that pizza.....Feel like eating it immediately?? Please make this divine pizza, and give me the feed back.
