Here is another variety of Shrikhand...
Personally, I always feel..why eat icecreams??? Shrikhands are more than enough for summer or anytime, rather...
My other varieties of Shrikhand:
Kesar shrikhand
Mango honey shrikhand
Strawberry shrikhand
Here is a very very healthy, nutritious Shrikhand, combining the oranges with the hung curds.


Ingredients
Hung curd - 1 cup
Orange - 1 (1/2 for juice, 1/2 as segments)
Pomegranate arils - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar - 3 tsps
Honey - 2 tsps (if the oranges are slightly sour...I had to add)

Recipe cuisine: Indian; Category: Dessert/lunch/dinner/side
Hung curd making time: Over night; Prep time: 10 mts; 

Serves 2

Hung curd taken in a bowl


Juice extracted from 1/2 orange and added


Brown sugar and honey added


All whisked together to a creamy blend



Pomegranate arils and cardamom powder added


Top with some segments of cleaned orange and serve chilled
