The soft fluffy idlis, stuffed with the goodness of vegetables of your choice....always attract children, and this is a wonderful dish for the Kids' lunch box too. For idli batter you can refer below.
Add oil in a pan, add the seasonings
Add the chopped onions and grated carrots, adding salt and sambar powder too.
Then add the cooked and mashed veggies too, with coriander leaves, and mix well.
Steam for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
Idli batter - 6 ladels
Grated carrots - 1/4 cup
Chopped potatoes - 1/4 cup
Fresh peas / 1/4 cup
Chopped pearl onions - 6
Chopped coriander leaves
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Sambar powder- 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
For Seasoning
Cooking oil - 2 tsps
Hing powder - a pinch
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Jeera - 1/4 tsp

Yields 6 stuffed idlis
Pressure cook peas and potatoes for 5 minutes with tuemeric powder
