NAVARATHRI - DAY - 2 (Goddess is called Bhadrakali)
Serve it hot or cold...it is very tasty.....Ideal to be a prasaadh too...Earlier, I had made
Condensed milk kheer with brown sugar. But, this is also Condensed Milk kheer, but with our regular white sugar. Creamish in colour, creamy textured, this Payasam will be a hit always.......On winter days, serve it hot...on hot days, serve it chilled.............people will ask for second helping, mark my words......
