Suddenly I realised, I have forgotten to share the recipe of this simple, awesome, soft, green Vendakka curry...this is my m-i-l's special curry...learnt it from her. So simple, yet awesome...all kids love this curry...my friends used to keep their fingers on their noses asking how only my Vendakka curry is so green and soft......
