Prep time: 10 mts; Cooking time: Each batch will take 10 mts, approx.
Yields 14 bombs
Onions, and bell peppers, both green and red, chopped and placed in a bowl
Pressure cooked corn added
Olives added
Pizza sauce
Italian seasonings and red chilli flakes added
Mixed well
Cheese cut into small pieces
Appe pan heated, with 1/4 tsp oil in each cavity, but all cavities well brushed with oil
Batter poured, less than half cavity
Now, the pizza filling kept gently on each batter poured
Then a piece of cheese is kept
Some more batter poured carefully to cover them. We must take care not to over pour, otherwise it will flow down and become a messy affair
Keep the pan covered, flames on the lowest
after a litle later, open the lid, the bombs are getting cooked nicely. If necessary drizzle a drop of oil around each bomb
Carefully flip them over
Done! Pulled apart, to show you the cheese and filling inside!
Tastes really yummy when hot or even afterwards!
Notes
*Jalapeno can be added too in the filling.
