Coconut milk is the best Inseparable Combo for Aappams. It is so delicately flavoured, good for mouth ulcers and digestion.
Ingredients
Grated coconut - 6 cups
Sugar - 4 tsps
Boiled and cooled milk - 1 cup

Yields 4 cups coconut milk
After grinding the freshly grated coconut, grind it in the blender for 3 minutes, then strain it in a fine strainer.....

Pressing it with a ladel, so that it gets squeezed fully
Then, to this extract, add 2 cups of boiled and cooled milk and 4 tsps sugar (add more if you want it to be sweeter)mix well, and serve.
Serve with Hot Aappams & Vegetable stew
