This is yet another variety of Sevai.  You may please  refer here  for  making Sevai batter, for squeezing it out and for steaming it, and also for Lemon, Coconut and Sweet Sesame sevai. And for Curry-Coriander leaves  sevai, please refer here.
Now, for this, you can use store bought Pulikachal also. Or you can look to my Pulikachal recipe to make at home.
My other sevai varieties:
Lemon sevai, Coconut sevai & Sesame seeds jaggery sevai
 Coriander-curry leaves sevai
 Vegetable dhal sevai

Batter ground, cooked and the balls steamed as I have explained.

Then add Pulikachal to the cooled sevai. Add a pinch of salt too.
